By using SeeA Reminder, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
License Grant: We grant you a non-exclusive license to use the App on your personal device.
User Conduct: You must not use the App for unlawful purposes or reverse-engineer it.
Intellectual Property: All App content and code are owned by DEV Platform, Inc.
Privacy: Your use is governed by our Privacy Notice above.
Disclaimers: The App is provided “as is” without warranties.
Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse.
Termination: We may suspend or terminate access for violations or discontinuation.
Governing Law: California law governs these Terms.
Changes to Terms: We may modify these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
